My new office! This place is kinda surprising… you’d think that this place, teaming with young professionals, would feel crowded and confined—it doesn’t. I’m digging my WeWork digs.

A large number of rooms with a good Central space for hanging out. The rooms are well-equipped and with good enough soundproofing. It would have been better if the rooms were a bit bigger even if that means less number of rooms. Also it was particularly annoying that access to the building is very restricted and there is rarely a person to open the door to the building for you. We ended up losing a full 20 minutes of our meeting because we couldn't get someone to open the door

This review is on one of your tenant's Greater Greater Washington at this address, and does not otherwise reflect on WeWork White House operations. (There is not a separate business listing for GGW on Google Maps, but believe there should be one). In my years experience, Greater Greater Washington's contributor and participant forum base and views are much reflective on DC's popular vote in the 2016 US Presidential Election (90% plus blue/liberal). Heads up, if your views stray some red/conservative, particularly from the further out greater greater DC suburbs, they may not always be welcome.

I have been in business for many years and recently "discovered" WeWork in Washington DC. WeWork is one of the most creative and innovative concepts of shared office space to hit this planet in recent times. Unlike other office share concepts, WeWork is an actual "community" of corporations, and entrepreneurs working together in a positive and energetic environment. The associates at WeWork are genuinely interested in building your business--offering networking opportunities with other associates, and informing community members of opportunities to help their businesses grow. I strongly recommend WeWork if you are looking for a location where your business can flourish and prosper.

My office has been housed at two WeWork locations in D.C. These are lively and interesting workplaces because of the variety of resident offices. The staff here at the White House location is super-friendly and helpful. The amenities? You have access to two common kitchen and dining spaces, as well as the ability to book many different meeting spaces. And, for a chill lunch area, you can't beat the rooftop with it's panoramic views of the White House and the Washington Monument. Also, you have 24/7 access to nice free gym with decent locker rooms. So you're probably wondering: Is it a workers' paradise? Well, of course not, but it's pretty darn close. Really, my only slight beef is that there is no one at the front desk before 9 a.m. Any meetings you make with someone before that requires popping down 8 or 9 floors to check if your guest has arrived. But if you're considering a multi-tenant space, you should definitely give the DC WeWorks a visit. The locations are intriguing, and the decor in all is stellar.
