Unfortunately, I am not able to be as forgiving as the previous reviewers. I have worked out of WeWorks in Brooklyn, New York City and visited different locations in San Francisco. I have never been so consistently frustrated with a WeWork as I am with this one. Good points: -The staff is INCREDIBLE. Super sweet, super fun, diverse in experience, personality and style. -The building is in a super up-and-coming location (central to EVERYTHING) and the communal WeWork floor / space is lively, fun, warm and inviting. -Response time, turnaround and request fulfillment = STELLAR Down points: -There is almost never a phone booth available. I find myself taking calls in the stairwell because the community floor is too loud, a conference room costs "credits" that I don't want to waste for a phone call that could be 5 minutes or 30 and there is just simply no where to go. -There is almost never a bathroom available and people come from other floors when their bathrooms are full. The bathrooms are so few and far between (usually 2 single stall rooms to a floor) that many times I have opted to leave the premises and go to the bathroom at coffee shops just to not have to wait 10 - 15 minutes (not exaggerating), -- which brings me to my next point, which is that the few times that I am able to access the bathroom; the smell is stifling. I understand that there are no windows and that is not the fault of WeWork, but it is really tough that people camp out in the bathrooms, and there is no way to get fresh air circulating. I have literally turned around and walked out due to the fact that I cannot take the stench. - Dogs are allowed. This seems like a wonderful and fun environmental perk - and one that trends heavily in San Francisco; however its not so great when you're allergic to dogs :) - When you do need a conference room in the middle of the day, forget about it. If you have not booked your meeting in advance, you can pretty much forget about finding space between 11a - 3p. Which is frustrating for obvious reasons. - WeWork does not allow tenants to hang things (that require drilling / nails, etc.) themselves, but paying $75/hour to use a handyman to hang a coat hook on the wall. Seriously? - And the ever popular elevator issue. All I can say here is if you have a meeting to get to between 12p - 2p, start waiting for the elevator 5 - 10 minutes early. I am not intentionally bashing the space. I am just recounting my experience in what is an otherwise really fun place to work. It could be that the location and age of the building, just doesn't allow for some of the comforts afforded by other WeWork locations. Overall, I am fan of the WeWork concept and the institution. This particular experience has just not been one that I would choose to repeat, if it were up to me.

This is an awesome venue for holding an event. It's cozy and fancy. And, the admins are really great. Especially, Char is lovely and so kind. She's really willing to help you out. If you look for a great place to work, or hold an event, this is the perfect place.

I've been at WeWork for last 3 months and it's been fantastic! Our company was at another coworking space in SF and WeWork is absolutely better than the other one. Community managers and staffs are very friendly and responsive. I never had an issue working with them. Coffee is good and common area is always clean. You can also use the common area for your own events without any extra charge!

I've worked out of a few WeWork spaces now and WeWork Mid-Market is my favorite out of all of them! The staff is so friendly and welcoming--they're always willing to help and provide the best service possible. There is a variety of spaces to work at such as the common lounge area with a cool Foosball table or a more quiet area called the Mezzanine downstairs. It's always clean and tidy as well! Lovin' it.

I've had such a wonderful experience at We Work Mid-market. The staff is so friendly and always willing to help, especially Char (she's awesome sauce!). There is always some interesting event hosted in the building and there is plenty of good vibes! I cannot say enough amazing things about this unique co-working space.
