I love WeWork! I checked out tons of coworking spaces in San Diego before joining and so glad I did. The space has a great vibe--the people are really friendly and it's perfect when I need to get a ton done but also when I want to take a break. The community managers are awesome and really help you feel welcome. I'm also a big fan of the events they have every week, whether it's an interesting lunch n' learn or a taco Tuesday. My clients are always impressed when they come to meet me here, especially when we sit outside on the beautiful patio! And the kombucha on tap is definitely a bonus :)

Love working here on most days. Great spec and concept. Very clean. The foozeball tables in the common area are very annoying when you are trying to work or make calls from a common area workspace. That’s my one negative.

The place lies to get you to join. Lie: "parking is around $100/month" Reality: There is no parking within 4 blocks of the place and spots 4+ blocks away are well over $200/month. Lie: "we love dogs!" Reality: You can't enter the building with a dog, you have to use a back door. There is no where to take your dog to use the bathroom as they aren't allowed on any of the grass around the building. In addition, WeWork already has some serious culture issues taking place internally. It is very clear that politics are running the show with it's employees, not providing value and being HONEST with members and potential members.

We had a great experience here! As a remote employee for a SF based tech start up it's great to be surrounded by so may entrepreneurial minds. The staff is awesome and spends a ton of time setting up cool events to meet other members and socialize. These relationships will most certainly help anyone who intends to go out on their own, start a side project or need a new perspective on the company they are currently working on. Not to mention the SD weather and the new garage doors that let the breeze in. It's totally cool (pun intended). Say what up to Morgan and Rosemary if you pop in for a tour and a beer.

Hip place to be if you are in to that, getting something done fast could take several days, not what one would expect for the over priced "concierge service", it is not quite the Hilton of business sublets. There are better options that are not as glamorous but still quite professional and affordable, if you are in a "social business" this place might be for you.
