We had a great experience here! As a remote employee for a SF based tech start up it's great to be surrounded by so may entrepreneurial minds. The staff is awesome and spends a ton of time setting up cool events to meet other members and socialize. These relationships will most certainly help anyone who intends to go out on their own, start a side project or need a new perspective on the company they are currently working on. Not to mention the SD weather and the new garage doors that let the breeze in. It's totally cool (pun intended). Say what up to Morgan and Rosemary if you pop in for a tour and a beer.

The large courtyard below this large building was a good place for me to relax-often in solitude; something hard to find within a large cosmopolitan city like San Diego. This building houses The San Diego Union Tribune, which is one of San Diego County's oldest and largest newspapers: Tours may be arranged by request only. I spent quite a bit of time sitting down here alone and "writing" however, sometimes I'd wax nostalgic : I remember the days when I used to write my "letters to the editor," to the San Diego Evening Tribune ( That was in the days when the San Diego Union published a morning and an evening edition of their newspapers and Neil Morgan ran the Evening Tribune.). I used to get many of my letters published, yet I used to write about many subjects and to myriad different newspapers, magazines, corporations, businesses, politicans, ect.,etc.,etc. I had several boxes of things that I had published, as well as letters from people ( It wasn't who they were that mattered so much but, what I said, as well as their replies that told me, that perhaps what I said may have changed their way of thinking for the better? Anyhow, most of the things that I wrote just vanished... I always dreamed of becoming a real writer however, I really will never know what happened? If I had the money, I'd probably spend what's left of my life travelling, taking a few pictures and then writing "reviews." "But that was just a dream." I think that it would be cool to work for the Hilton's but, that's a silly thought, especially at my age.

As a member of WeWork, our company has been thrilled to have chosen WeWork as our home. Besides the endless operational and financial value that the WeWork business model brings to businesses (small to enterprise), this building specifically knows how to take care of their members. Yes, the styling and decor inspires you to work and play each day in the office, it’s the team at B Street that keeps us happy. They know how to infuse excitement into the work week, when to host great events to unite members, and ways to remind us why we chose this community over a business park or cubicle farm.

Awesome location. Really wild decor. Great community team. Amazing amenities. The building is ok though - can be difficult with elevators, etc. at times. Parking is a flat rate after 5.

Great alternative for micro businesses. A small community of entrepreneurs, good for networking and startup location.
