This WeWork location's hot desk area is smaller and more intimate than the others in Philly, which makes it perfect for a heads-down day of work or a 1:1 workday with a team member. The staff is really sweet, including the custodial folks, and always willing to help. I visited in winter, so I didn't get a chance to visit their rooftop events space, but I've seen pictures, and can't wait to return in the spring or summer to check it out. The hot desk space is a loft with a kind of "balcony" area with couches on the 2nd layer, another couch area with high top tables adjacent to that, and a simple windowed work desk on the first floor. The long-term and individual office spaces are on other floors, as are the restrooms - keep that in mind. There's a small kitchen on the lower level of the hot desk floor with all the normal WeWork amenities - water, tea, coffee, beer on tap, refrigerators. Big tip: if you're a WeWork member not local to this location, but want to work here, book early in advance! There isn't a lot of day-of availability because the space is so homey and little - don't risk it.

I've been here for a year andI love our WeWork and our WeWork family! Erica and Monique, our community managers, are awesome and run this place like ninjas! Like other WeWork locations, they have a great set of amenities for members and cool events that are free for the public all done in a hip set of spaces. But what makes our location special (aside from the kick ass ROOFTOP AREA), it's a smaller community that knows each other, helps each other and has fun together. People are friendly and professional and it has that start-up entrepreneur vibe and energy. It's also centrally located and easy to get to all points in the city.

Community before space and the space is awesome! The energy is palpable as people working here are excited about what they do for a life. Great place to make new connections, friends and grow your business. The WeWork network allows you to show case what you do in life and the opportunity to do business and solicit for help with your company projects and needs. "Do What You Love." "Make a Life, Not Just a Living."

I have worked at this WeWork location for almost a year, and I cannot say enough good things about it. The place is clean and quiet with many different workspace and conference room options, and the management team of Erica, Monique and Taylor do such a great job. They are friendly and incredibly accommodating to everyone's needs. If I could I would work at this WeWork location indefinitely!

Community managers are wonderful. My biggest complaint is related to building design... Why on earth would you put the phone booths right by the bathrooms? The high velocity toilet flushing noises while I'm on a call have caused some real awkward moments. Clients have laughed and asked me if I'm taking the call in a bathroom. The bathrooms themselves are consistently either out of paper towels, TP, or stink to the high heavens (seems there is no ventilation), and blast insanely loud music - I feel like I'm in a club bathroom. This is the only flaw with this WeWork location, other than this everything is superb. But unfortunately this is a really big flaw in my opinion and is almost enough to make me relocate.
