This WeWork location just saved my day after what could’ve been a horrible day for me. I had an incredibly important presentation to give over a virtual meeting this morning, and I had already spent a few hours trying to find a reliable internet connection in my area of Brooklyn with no luck. There was some kind of outage that knocked out internet at my apartment and in all surrounding coffee shops. Desperate, I called the WeWork corporate office and showed up at the South Williamsburg location. After explaining my situation and the importance of this meeting, both corporate and Jordan at the location’s front desk were so understanding and helpful, and they got me set up in a conference room just as my meeting was supposed to begin. The meeting was a success, and I owe so much to WeWork for helping me make it happen, not only with their reliable WiFi but, more importantly, with their generosity and compassion. I cannot overstate how big a deal this was to me. If I ever need a rented workspace for anything again in the future, I now know exactly who to turn to. WeWork, you’ve made a loyal customer for life today! I will be singing your praises to anyone and everyone I know who may need your services in the future.

Truly TACKY faux-hipster offices brought to you by the McDonald’s of coworking spaces. The framed rap lyrics alone are cringeworthy. The retail pricing is ridiculous; this place has to throw deals at the masses to get anyone in the space. Awful location in the underbelly of the Williamsburg bridge. This belongs in a strip mall not in the creative hub of Brooklyn. Claustrophobic dark space in the midst of a perpetual construction zone. High staff turnover. Zero community. $100/person ‘set up’ fee. The jokes on the newbies.

I love working out of this location of South Williamsburg, everyone here has a great vibe and I get a lot done every day because of it. The breakfast's every Monday is such a motivational kick to the rest of the week. The WeWork staff are all very amiable and hard working. (Thank you guys for always being there to help us out.) Overall, my experience here has been awesome.
