I have been using this location for a few years, and still do [when I'm not able to bluff my way into the WeWork at 450 Lex.], and it's a great space - street-level access, good coffee, and some of the staff are helpful. The problems are: (1) people get there early and take over the pods and the limited number [six] of adjustable desks, and other seating is not as productive; (2) staff gets very snippy if you attempt to go where you "don't belong" [what's with that new roped off area to the left?]; (3) now they're charging for espresso-based drinks; (4) can get noisy and hard to make or take phone calls; (5) if you're not at the 'good' desks, power outlets are hard to come by. Overall it's one of the better Regus spaces and I hope this walk-in, sidewalk access concept expands in NY, but it's still not on par with the competition.

Good service but can be very busy. Difficult to find some place where you can work from.
