Its a shame... their tickets guarantee only no view to the ball drop show on new years eve.. save your money and if you really want to see the ball drop show and the concert then join for free the times square 10 hours before.

Nice spaces and VERY FRIENDLY STAFF. I love how open and airy it feels.

Cool environment but the Ball Drop business running out there is a joke and the entrance had no service and was locked for over 20 minutes. Joke

Annoying to get in and out to meet with clients. There are two reception areas which make this space confusing and inconvenient. They have a kitchy food and beverage area and a space to cater small events. The space is usually filled with freelance self promoting types so if you're one of those then by all means this is your jam. It's basically a hipsters Regis.

Little but really comfortable spaces. Good internet connection.
