The variety of co-working locations in Los Angeles befits a city that has so much to offer. There are shared office spaces in the center of downtown, near the beach in Santa Monica, out on the Westside and down in Long Beach. What Are the Prices Like?
If you’re looking to set up shop at a WeWork in Los Angeles, you’ll find that the prices are similar to what you’ll find elsewhere, and that location is key. For instance, if you go for a hot desk at the Vine street location in Hollywood, you’ll pay $450 per month, $100 more than you would for a hot desk at the Long Beach location. You can also see a big difference when it comes to renting a private office. For example, if you want to set up a dedicated office at the Pasadena location, it’ll set you back $580 per month per person. If you’d prefer to be downtown, that office will run you $1,330 per month per person.
Regus runs dozens of workspaces across the LA area from Thousand Oaks to Riverside. The prices vary by location, with the most affordable being a location in La Palma that runs just $9.20-12.70 per day for a work spot. On the high end, you can pay around $30 per day for a work spot at a location on Arizona Avenue in Santa Monica or about the same at locations on Wilshire boulevard and Sunset Boulevard. At Spaces, you can get a private office at the National Plaza in downtown LA starting at $639 per month, while shared spaces and dedicated work spaces in the office run $259 and $299 per month respectively. At the Orange County location the prices are a bit easier for a private office - $569 and up per month, while a dedicated desk will run you $389 per month.
