If only I could give zero stars... Regus is a total disgrace in customer service. I suspect this company has fallen under its weight, with its front of house staff having to bear the burden of poor management. After multiple attempts to reach them with my grievances, I have only been given dismissive messages through intermediaries. Avoid this company at all costs, unless you want to deal with the stress of navigating their systemic incompetence.

Regus are absolute cowboys. AVOID. They will chase you for payments you have already made. They will instruct debt collectors for payments you've already made. Customer Services number cuts off and the staff have absolutely no clue. Don't be stupid and go elsewhere... less hassle.

Good location and new pricing agreements with the Regus . We decided to spit business away from Kensington Pavilion. The offices are neat and functional and can get 2-3 people daily work tasks. In turn with month to month contracts for offices. It really serves our business model.
