Convenient location directly off of the Grand red line stop and easy walking distance to tons of dining options including Jewel, North Bridge shops (POKE!!), sweetgreen, Trader Joe’s, and opening soon brightwok. The building itself is ultra modern design, always clean, has a massive second floor tenant lounge with outdoor patio, private room that can be reserved and gym. There is also outdoor seating on the first floor that has direct access to Wabash. There is also a Starbucks attached to the building conveniently located on Grand and Wabash, truthfully it is not the most efficient Starbucks but they are getting better and it’s sufficient.
