I've used WeWork (Central Sq) and Workbar (Central Sq), and SPACES is by far the best coworking experience I've had. -Flexible, many different options and packages. Not just "hot desk" vs "exorbitant private office" like WeWork. -You can bring in a desk and have storage and leave your monitor in some options **without having to rent a whole office.*** THIS IS AWESOME and neither WeWork nor WorkBar allow this. -The SPACES team are helpful and really nice people. -Much more of a community and local feel vs WeWork. -Not "on camera" being surveilled 24/7 like WeWork. -No constant stream of indie-pop soundtrack that cannot be turned off (WeWork) -Good mix of quiet spaces, phone/loud spaces, and community spaces. -Solid Kitchen -Really interesting companies in the Davis Square space and nice folks. -The community events are actually fun and relevant. The team cares a lot. WeWork's community aspect (in my opinion) feels pretty forced or is just based on free booze. It's too bad 1 person left a misleading one star review who has not even used the space or even visited. That's pretty unhelpful.

Posting 6 to 8 ads per day advertising your space on Craig's List is spam and makes me wonder about your other business practices.
