You make no sense banning employees from eating meat to reduce the carbon foot print! Who does that? I like vegetables too. But all those chemical pesticides on your veggies aren't healthy for you..... and their carbon footprint is bigger! You think because a farmer pledges not to use chemicals that they won't? Realistically who enforces their pledge? The answer is nobody does. They still use them.
